Processing Times

Custom Wig Orders

All custom wig orders and any “Ready to wear” remakes are  customized specifically for each customer.

Please allow 7–10 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale periods) for processing before shipment.

Processing time includes:

  • Wig construction (if applicable)
  • Custom coloring
  • Styling
  • Quality inspection
  • Packaging

Once your order has been completed, please allow 1–3 business days for shipping and carrier acceptance.


Shipping Information

All orders are shipped through USPS and/or UPS.

A tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Mariee Collection.


Signature Confirmation

For the protection of both Mariee Collection and our customers, signature confirmation may be required on high-value orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Mariee Collection is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Returned packages due to address errors
  • Delays caused by carriers

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS or UPS, Mariee Collection is no longer responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because custom orders are started shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once processing has begun.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

Mariee Collection is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by customs agencies.
